These terms govern Malgai.com, its staff portal, and Malgai MCP for ChatGPT.

Authorized use

Malgai MCP is available only to people who are authorized by Malgai and currently hold active SUPERADMIN access. Users must protect their Malgai and ChatGPT accounts, must not share credentials, and must disconnect the service if an account may be compromised.

Read-only reporting

The service can retrieve and summarize authorized business reports. It cannot create, edit, approve, return, distribute, or delete business records. Users must not attempt to bypass access controls, submit arbitrary SQL, probe other systems, or obtain data outside the published reporting tools.

Confidentiality

Sales, inventory, return, staff, and other internal reports are confidential Malgai business information. Users are responsible for where they share or export ChatGPT conversations containing that information.

Accuracy and decisions

Reports depend on the records available at the stated data-as-of time. ChatGPT may summarize or format tool results incorrectly. Users should verify material financial, inventory, employment, or operational decisions against the Malgai dashboard and source records.

Availability and access changes

Malgai may suspend the service, revoke authorization, change available tools, or deactivate access when required for security, maintenance, policy, or business reasons.

Intellectual property

Malgai branding, software, report definitions, and website content remain the property of Malgai or their respective licensors.

Privacy and third-party services

Use of the service is subject to our Privacy Policy. ChatGPT, Google, and other providers apply their own terms and privacy policies to their respective services.

Questions may be submitted through the Malgai support page. Updated terms take effect when published unless a later date is stated.
